All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee/deposit that goes toward the total cost of the service. If you re-schedule or cancel BEFORE 48 hours, your deposit will be transferable ONCE to a different day.

LATE POLICY

NO SHOW
Forevaa Beauty & Brows LLC DOES NOT touch-up other artist work (Ombre Powder Brows). Forevaa Beauty & Brows LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone for any given reason. All Ombre Powder Brow results varies per person depending on skin, aftercare, lifestyle, etc.
PREVIOUS WORK/SERVICE
Forevaa Beauty & Brows LLC is not liable for any changes made to the brow. By booking an appointment with Forevaa Beauty & Brows LLC, you understand & agree to all terms and policies.
